Dot Bullet (Yellow) - F2U! Please note me so we can discuss what exactly you would like before paying, there could be a price adjustment

Hey there! Quick question, would I be able to commission you without a reference sheet, and instead a real life photo for you to work off of? Sadly my oc doesn’t have any art, all I have is a photo that they look like :’)
